　　通常來(lai)說，BondFilm工藝會(hui)将銅微蝕(shi)刻至1.2 到1.5 µm的(de)厚度，同時(shi)将🤶🏾銅表面(mian)(200 - 300 A)轉♌️化成期(qi)望的有機(ji)-金屬結構(gou)。通過這個(ge)工藝後💌，可(ke)見的結💫果(guo)便是形😮‍💨成(cheng)一個棕色(se)的均勻鍍(du)層㊙️。雖然銅(tong)的蝕刻會(hui)随着浸置(zhi)時間而不(bu)斷進行，但(dan)是實際上(shang)BondFilm粘附層的(de)生長是受(shou)自我限制(zhi)的，在該層(ceng)的形成和(he)溶解達到(dao)平衡後，就(jiu)會達到了(le)一個最大(da)厚度。
