Ammonia-free electroless nickel process for plating on plastics

 

高濃度(du)的氨氮是(shi)化學鎳廢(fei)水難于處(chu)理的重要(yao)原因之一(yi)，氨氮超标(biao)排放會對(dui)魚類等水(shui)生生物造(zao)成毀滅性(xing)打擊，近年(nian)來國家對(dui)氨氮的排(pai)放限制愈(yu)發嚴格，中(zhong)國電鍍排(pai)放标準中(zhong)對氨氮的(de)排放上限(xian)已經降至(zhi) 8 ppm。

High concentration of ammonia & nitrogen is very difficult to be treated in EN wastewater, and its excessive emission will cause devastating strikes to aquatic organisms. Therefore, the restriction on ammonia & nitrogen emission becomes much stricter worldwide in recent years. The upper limit of ammonia & nitrogen in Chinese Emission Standards for electro-plating has been reduced to 8 ppm.

 

氨氮作爲(wei)化學鎳的(de)重要組分(fen)之一，具備(bei)絡合、穩定(ding)和緩沖的(de)作用，性能(neng)優異，幾乎(hu)無可取代(dai)。

“隻要做塑(su)料電鍍，就(jiu)難以繞開(kai)化學鎳；隻(zhi)要用化學(xue)鎳，就難以(yi)回避氨氮(dan)問題。”

長久(jiu)以來，這個(ge)矛盾都看(kan)似無法調(diao)和。

As one of the important components of electroless nickel, ammonia is almost irreplaceable with its ability of excellent complexing, stabilizing and buffering.

‘Electroless nickel could not be avoided when plating on plastics, while ammonia could not be avoided when using electroless nickel.’ 

This conflict seems inevitable for a long time.

3.  應(ying)用于ABS和ABS/PC素(su)材；

4. 不含氨(an)氮，不含鉛(qian)，不含硼酸(suan)；

5. 易于操作(zuo)和控制，操(cao)作溫度30-40℃。
